The project, dubbed “Les Masters du Chef,” features the Master Sarran Chèvre made with goat cheese, arugula, olive and thyme sauce and crispy onions, the Master Sarran Mozzarella, which changes out the cheese, and the Master Sarran Poulet, which uses chicken and mozzarella. All are available through July 31.
