No7 is also bringing back British actress Keeley Hawes, who starred in the ad campaign for its popular Protect & Perfect Serum in 2007, as the face of the brand.
But, as Bowden noted, scientists “are the superstars” of this campaign. Influencers such as Dr. Adel, a dermatologist who is popular on TikTok, will also be supporting the campaign.
Expanding consumer reach
No7 has been on a journey over the past 18 months to attract new customers, Bowden told Adweek. During that period, it has rolled out new products including Pro Derm Scan, a personalized skincare diagnostic service; a menopause skincare range; and 4D mascara, Boots’ largest ever mascara launch.
“There’s a lot more coming,” Bowden added.
Amid a cost-of-living crisis, No7 also wants to ensure its “products are accessible,” he said. The products in the Future Renew collection–which includes a serum, night cream, SPF 40 day cream and an eye cream–start at $31 (£24.95), and No7 will also be offering various promotions.
