Due to a number of success bid wins, The Growth Company is seeking to recruit a talented and experienced designer, to work across a wide variety of business services within the GC family of brands, and national brands with established guidelines that we deliver regionally.
Role Details
Working within a small in-house marketing team, you will design an array of print and digital marketing collateral, and:
Work directly with internal customers to ensure correct briefing, set delivery expectations and ensure fulfilment to time / quality standards.
Manage jobs from request through to delivery – including artworking, printer liaison etc.
Ensure brand consistency through quality design work with new and existing brands
Act as a brand custodian for brands within role’s remit
Manage own time to ensure scheduled jobs are completed and produced to agreed timescales Support briefing process for associated marketing activities such as photography
Work with a broader panel of marketing service suppliers on campaign / delivery planning, inputting for design, where required.
Maintain and manage document / asset archiving for materials.
Skill/Attributes Required
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an in-house or agency graphic design role, a strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be naturally creative and work effectively, and supportively, within a wider corporate marketing team.
Salary
£18,900 to £21,000 per annum
