PALM SPRINGS, Calif. – Qualtrics, the Provo, UT-based experience management company, has taken the trade show game to a whole new level. Qualtrics, which is now a part of SAP, assembles what it calls the Dream Team at conferences across the country, including their own.
Here’s how it works: you’re at an event and you’re in need of a sweatshirt or running pants or shoes, you go to the event’s app (in this case, it was the Brandweek app), request what you want and the Dream Team makes it happen. Just don’t ask for anything too outrageous, like a sunset helicopter ride, a Porsche, or your mortgage to be paid off (real asks), but know there will be creative solutions, like a bank card.
We caught up with Tyler Woolstenhulme, head of corporate events at Qualtrics, for more on how the economics of the dream team works. We also talked with some Brandweek attendees whose trending sandwich dreams came true. Watch above.
