We live and breathe agile development and specialise in getting their startup to market in under 90 days (we work with enterprise too!).
Role Details
The fun stuff you’ll actually be doing:
* Crafting beautifully executed designs across multiple products in a variety of industries
* Taking full ownership of the product brand and visual styles
* Creating breathtaking experiences across many platforms and devices
* Establishing best practices for user interactions to ensure consistently high quality
* Planning and running collaborative workshops alongside clients to understand real user needs
* Developing information architecture, sitemaps and content recommendations
* Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions
* Shaping the culture of a fast growing company which is always pushing the boundaries
Skill/Attributes Required
What we need and what you have:
* A track record of delivering best-in-class design solutions with clear rationale behind them
* Knowledge of creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
* An ability to interpret, follow and create design guidelines and principles for multiple platforms
* Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
* Confidence when dealing with customer and internal feedback in an empathetic manner
* Resourcefulness to cope with difficulties and provide originality when under pressure
* An approachable facilitator who can communicate and engage with wide audiences
* Experience working in an agile environment using Scrum and Kanban methodologies
* Skilled in Sketch and proficient in Adobe tools such as PhotoShop & Illustrator
