Part-time Graphics Designer Role with Research Lab at University of Cambridge. Seeking a person to produce logos, illustrations, diagrams to accompany research descriptions and slides used for outreach and communications. Enhancing existing material and design/production of new complete documents (posters/pamphlets).
Role Details
Part-time role available with the Machine Learning Systems Lab (https://mlsys.cst.cam.ac.uk/) at the Department of Computer Science and Technology at the University of Cambridge.
Seeking a Graphic Designer to engage in the following: Produce illustrations, diagrams and graphics for use by lab members in presentation slides, papers, videos and other on-line material. Design stand-alone documents (posters, pamphlets etc) used in outreach activities (disseminating research, recruiting etc). Enhance existing slides and documents as required. Design project logos on occasion.
Skill/Attributes Required
This work will be done completely via computer based tools. Being comfortable with computers, slide tools would be a big benefit. Being available immediately to start of certain items would be very useful. And interest in a long term partnership with part-time work available in bursts would be very useful.
