WPP Combines VMLY&R With Wunderman Thompson to Form VML

Previously, Wunderman Thompson and VMLY&R have partnered globally across clients such as Colgate-Palmolive, Dell, Ford, Microsoft, Nestlé and The Coca-Cola Company.

The rationale for the merger will see greater investment in the creative, strategy and technology sides of the business, with non-client-facing resources likely to be reviewed as a result.
